“My First Camino” website was set up to document and narrate the experiences I encountered during this 1st ever adventure of walking the CAMINO DE SANTIAGO pilgrimage in northern Spain in Sep 2018 with the final destination of St James Cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.  A better description of the pilgrimage’s origin is explained in the home page of this website.  The website intends to show the planning and preparation, setbacks and physical difficulties as well as emotional rewards in dealing with the challenges in undertaking the pilgrimage.  It also intends to exhibit the geographical terrain and century old infrastructure of Northern Spain as I travel the Camino.  Lastly, it shows some of the interaction I had with some of the pilgrims (“Peregrinos”) I encountered and some of their personal stories they shared with me during the pilgrimage.
